List of the Documents etc. to be carried while attending the campus interviews

1.    Original Certificates:-

a)    S.S.C. Mark sheet

b)    S.S.C. Passing Certificate

c)    H.S.C. Mark sheet

d)    Diploma all semester mark sheets

e)    Mark sheet of each semester till date

f)     Sports, Curricular, extracurricular certificates

2.    Attested copies of all original certificates – 2 sets.

3.    Latest color photographs – 5 each in I-card as well as pass port size.

4.    Resume – 2 copies (self photograph pasted)

5.    A new decent plastic folder to carry all the documents

6.    Scientific calculator

7.     Three Sharpened pencils & 2 erasers

Compulsory Dress code for Campus Interviews

 B.E CIVIL 2011-12

As per the directions of Principal & as decided in HOD’s meeting it is mandatory for the students to abide by the Dress Code while attending Campus Interviews.

Compulsory Dress code for Campus Interviews

For Gentlemen

1.    Formal light coloured Full Shirt

2.    Formal Dark coloured Pant (appropriately matching the shirt)

3.    Appropriate Neck tie

4.    Leather Belt ( Black/Tan)

5.    Leather shoes ( Black/Tan), well polished

6.    Clean Shaven, Hair properly groomed, well manicured fingers

7.    College id card must be worn around the neck & should be visible.

For Ladies

1.    Formal half sleeve, non fancy Salwar suit with Chunari

                                     Or

1.    Formal light coloured Full Shirt &

a.    Formal Dark coloured Pant (appropriately matching the shirt)

b.    Appropriate Neck tie

2.    Toe covered & low/medium heeled shoes/sandals ( Black/Tan)

3.    Hair properly groomed, well manicured fingers

4.    College id card must be worn around the neck & should be visible.

Jeans, T-shirt, sports shoes/sandals/chappals, etc. are strictly prohibited.
