The vacancies are mainly for Mechanical Branch, along with a few for Production, Industrial, Electrical, Instrumentation, Information Technology and Civil Branches.

The eligibility criteria to appear for the campus recruitment is as mentioned below:

Minimum aggregate of 60 % in 1^st to 6^th Semesters. Please note:

For ex- Diploma candidates, minimum aggregate of 60 % will be counted for marks of 3^rd to 6^th semester of Engineering.

For minimum aggregate of 60 %, no rounding off is acceptable i.e. candidates with 60.00 % and above only are eligible. Any candidate with 59.999% or less is not eligible.

6. The recruitment will be done over two days, by a panel of representatives from the above companies and the process will comprise of:

Day 1:

Pre placement informative presentation about all the Kirloskar Group companies

Written examination with two sections: General Aptitude, and Technical Aptitude. We will be conducting ONLINE test this year for all disciplines. We will require the necessary Software & Hardware facilities for conducting the Online test during our recruitment process. The necessary requirement will be communicated to you by 30 Sept-11.

This will be a screening round and candidates clearing both the Aptitude and Technical papers will participate in the subsequent stages as below.

Day 2:

Extempore

Group Discussion.

Personal Interview by panel.

Issue of selection letters to the TPOs. Selection will be provisional, subject to candidates passing all the subjects before 01 Aug 2011 with minimum overall 60.00 % in the final B.E. examination, with no live back-logs and being found Medically Fit as per the Medical standards prescribed for the respective companies.
